ACTIVITY WAIVER

I, ________ wish to voluntarily participate, at my own risk, in activities hosted by the Hiking Las Vegas! Facebook Group (HLV!). I understand such activities entail known and unanticipated risks to include, but not limited to: injury and/or damage to myself, property and/or third parties and/or death. I accept the environment in which these activities will take place may include exposure to items such as living creatures, wildlife, insects, biological life, natural elements, various terrain, and/or weather patterns. I certify that I have sufficient skill and fitness to participate in said activities. I am ultimately responsible for my own safety during my participation in HLV! activities and assume full physical, mental, emotional, and financial responsibility. I will be held fully liable for all items I choose to bring to any activity, known or unknown to others, to include, but not limited to: living creatures, other life forms and objects. I acknowledge that in the event of an accident, rescue and medical care may not be immediately available, therefore, I give HLV! full permissions to administer any care, and/or proceed with any action, it deems necessary in interim responding and waive all rights to bring any type of action or claim against HLV!. I understand that the HLV! reserves the right to record all of its activities and may use such records for group purposes.

I have been given sufficient opportunity to fully review and comprehend this entire document, being wholly bound by its terms. By signing this document, I fully release and discharge Hiking Las Vegas! (HLV!) and all persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf. This agreement will remain valid throughout my active membership with HLV! and/or until canceled in writing.
